For D.El.Ed.
Eligibility: Should pass the H.S (+2) Examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/Council/University with at least 50% marks in the aggregate (where aggregate is given)/aggregate of the best five (where no aggregate is mentioned). There is, however, a relaxation of 5% marks for the applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PH/Ex-Serviceman category. Where there is no aggregate marks, 50% / 45% of the total of the best five scores excluding EVS (where it is not an elective subject) for eligibility will be counted.
Age Limit: Candidate should not be above 35 years of age (40 years of age for SC/ST/PH and 38 years for OBC-A & OBC-B) as on July 01, 2020.
For B.Ed.
B.Ed Available Subjects: Bengali, English, Mathematics, Physical Science: - (Physics, Chemistry), Life Science: - (Zoology, Biology, Botany), History, Sanskrit, Education, Geography, Commerce, Philosophy, Political Science, Music.
Eligibility: Candidates (both Fresh & Deputed) with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity/Commerce, or Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, be eligible for application. There shall be relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC, ST and DA (Differently Abled) categories (Except other State). N. B. : 50% or 45% marks (as the case may be) in Bachelor's degree with Hons. may be determined either on the basis of Hons. Marks only or on the basis of Hons. Marks and marks of the elective subjects taken together (excluding ENVS & Languages)
Age Limit: Age of the Fresh Candidates as on 30th June, 2020 shall not exceed 38 years and there shall be relaxation of 5 years in favour of DA category candidates.
